How long will I be a VEHA VIP Member? When does my subscription expire?
Your subscription will expire after 90 days or 365 days (depends on your plan). If you wish to continue for more, we highly recommend you to subscribe again.
Do you offer products other than the VEHA Subscription?
Your monthly VEHA Subscription is just the beginning. With your VEHA Subscription, you’ll get access to exclusive exciting benefits which we will announce periodically.
Can I skip a jar or claim all within one month?
Of course, gorgeous. You're in charge of your subscription. We recommend you to claim every month that’s the reason why it come in 30s. If you wish to claim all in a month (separate transactions), we are also cool with it.

How do I change my shipping address or email address?
Easy breezy. To update your shipping address, do one of the following:
1) Log in to your account
2) Click on Member (icon on bottom right)
3) Look for Shipping Address, to change your shipping & email address

How much does shipping cost?
You're already covered! So, if you're getting your box delivered throughout Malaysia, there's no extra charge.
How can I track my package?
As soon as we get your order on its way, you'll get an email from us at qalercosmetic@gmail.com with your tracking info. Or else reach out to our Customer Care Team via WhatsApp (016 988 5828).
When does the VEHA Subscription Box ship?
We know you want your fabulous box ASAP! We ship your order within 24 hours (working days). We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible, so sometimes we're able to get it into your lovely hands even sooner.
6. Refund Policy
1. All goods sold are non-refundable.
2. Refund can be made if the purchased item is out of stock or the order content is being disputed.
3. Refunds will be made within 30 days.
Refund amount will be transferred to the bank account provided by the Customer.
The refund amount will be a nett amount after deduction of payment incurred by payment gateway and other operational charges.
4. Please contact customerservice@qalercosmetic.com if you haven’t received the refund within the time period.
7. Exchange Policy
qaleR Cosmetic will exchange any in-transit damaged and/or defect items provided that Customer has not used the products and situations where product breaks after opening.
Conditions for exchange process are as follows:
1. Customer must inform us immediately within 24 HOURS with digital photo as proof by email via customerservice@qalercosmetic.com
2. Customer must send back the damaged or defected item (with original packaging) to qaleR Cosmetic. Shipping fee must be covered by customer.
3. Once received, qaleR Cosmetic will process the exchange immediately and send a new item to the customer via courier.
4. If customer informs 24 HOURS after completed delivery, qaleR Cosmetic reserves the right to make final decision.
